CHAIR #4 - BOARD MEMBER

(Administrative and Advisory)

1. Maintains a file in the Central Office of the minutes and recommendations of the Service Board.

 

2. Establish criteria for any interested volunteer to work in conjunction with the After-Hours Telephone Answering Committee. Trains volunteers in practices and procedures.

 

3. Liaison to the Twelve Step (in person) Chair to assist with any problems.

 

4. Assists the Chair of the Board, Chair 1 in the preparation of the Service Board report.

 

5. Signatory on all bank accounts.

 

6. Not a voting member of the HASC unless they are a representative of a meeting.
